Question

Member of program=true; program "contains"X

Hey there,

I'm looking to create an email performance report that shows the metrics in certain type of programs. For example, i'd like to look

at our email performance for all of programs that contain UK without having to list each program. Right now this does't seem possible.

Does anyone have any idea on how I could go about getting this info?

Thanks so much!

Hi Alexis,

I've been experimenting with this in my test instance, but I'm not coming up with any way to have the "contains" option available.  I don't think this will be possible.

There are some ways to handle this, depending on your setup.

  1. Email Performance Report - select the programs you want in Setup.
  2. Email Perf Report - select ALL MA and Design Studio emails, then go in and do Member of Program STARTS WITH X: Member=TRUE. The only problem is that this smart list looks at LEADS, not individual emails, so your list may not be perfect. Remember that the full name of an email is the Program Name.
  3. RCE - Email Analysis should show you this data more easily with Program or Email Name.

Thanks for the responses. I wanted to avoid having to select all the programs within the category we're focusing on for these reports. It looks like this is not possible.
