Measuring who adds leads to campaign in SFDC

Hi,

my Sales team would like a report in SFDC which outlines which Sales person adds a lead to a Marketo campaign through MSI. I initially set a report up sorted by lead owner of members in the campaign but as the lead owner changes on a regular basis, this doesn't work.

I thought it might be possible to set up an interesting moment which outlines who added the lead to the campaign utilising a token? I'm not quite sure whether there is such a token though? I could then set up a report on the Activity history which includes the interesting moments.

Or has anyone another idea?

Yes, there is a token called "lead owner.first name" and "lead owner.last name".

ah, if the person adding the lead to the campaign and is not the owner that woudln't work though.

HI Anissa,

Are you adding new leads to Marketo and syncing to SFDC? If so you could create a simple report by added date + owner?

It's existing leads that are in SFDC but also synced over to Marketo. The issue we have is that the owner changes but we want to know who added the lead to the campaign even once the lead owner has changed later.

HI Anissa,

Depending on what version of SFDC you're running you might be able to run a modified date stamp or a rule that says "owner not changed". alternatively you could run the report direct from Marketo but i guess that defeats the object!
