Measuring SFDC Activities for SLAs
We are implementing new lead handoff process where SLA has two components:
Anyone have any suggestions for how to measure from Marketo if rep did their X attempts within X period of time?

- once a marketing qualified lead is assigned to SDR, did rep take action and either accept or reject lead within specified period.
- did they make enough outreach attempts within a certain period of time
