Maximum number of emails sent through Sales Insight

Marketo is a bit vague on how many emails can be sent in a single batch through Sales Insight before it's recommended moving to a smart campaign.  Can anyone tell me from experience a recommended range when using SI?

The maximum you can send is 200 via a view and 250 via search results.  However, if there are more than 10 or so leads at the same company in this send, you should consider parsing these into smaller groups as corporate anti-spam filters may block the same email from being sent to more than a certain number of recipients at the same time.  We encourage our salespersons that if they need to send an email to more than a few dozen leads at a time, they should contact us to set up a batch send from MLM vs. Sales Insight.
