Max. number of times logic?

Hi,

I'm trying to build a logic for people that have opened a maximum of 3 times an email in the past 30 days. Currently, MKTO only offers minimum number of times. Can you think of any work-around this?

Hi Macarena,

You can do this by applying one activity filter for actually opening the email and one inactivity filter for not opening the email minimum 4 times:

If you apply these two together it should work, just make sure to reference the same email, in the same timespan, with both filters applied either through ALL Filters or (1 and 2) in Advanced Filtering.
