Match Notification Programs

Hello,

My company runs a platform/marketplace that connects Buyers to Suppliers. Buyers submit requests (e.g. 10 sinks) and Suppliers (for this example, Suppliers that make sinks) respond with their offerings.

In an effort to increase engagement and interaction on our platform, we've created Matching Programs to notify subscribed Suppliers of requests that they likely can fulfill. These programs are effective but take a significant amount of time because they are extremely manual (Clone previous Marketo Program, Update Industry in smart list, schedule, etc).

Can anyone provide suggestions on how to automate this process, so when a request comes in from an Buyer, an email can be triggered notifying Suppliers?

Thanks!

Derek

Are you using tokens in your Best Practice program that you are cloning.  The tokens will allow you to place variables in the cloned programs and then just populate those variables from the tokenbs dashboard.

Hi Jamie,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use tokens as filter criteria. See

And this is probably limiting the capabilities in that case.
