Masthead image is not updating

I updated an masthead image on my email template and approved it.  When I edited 2 emails that uses the same email template, it updated the image on one email, but not on the other.  Both emails are approved and so is the email template.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I've seen a similar issue:
  • Template is created with specific tags for sections
  • HTML in one email using the template is changed, breaking the connection to the template
  • No one notices until the template is updated and the email doesn't update with it
One solution would be to create a new email in its place using the new template.  There may be an easier way.

I was kind of hoping that Marketo can make the fix.  The 2 emails are almost alike with just a couple of blurb changes and everything else is thesame.  :(
