Master Email Template containing all Modules from Maketo Starter Email Templates

Hi All Marketo Experts out there,

Wanted to check if someone has created a master email template that contains all modules from Marketo (Free) Starter templates that Marketo provides?

or if there are any simple instructions that a Marketer (with some knowledgeof code) can follow and attempt to create them?
