Mass update leads through import using the lead id field?

I want to update the sales owner for my leads in a mass import, but it doesn't appear that the import accepts the field ID, which is the exported field when I create alist view with the lead ID in it. How can I update leads using the lead ID field so new leads aren't created?

You cannot change the Lead Owner using this method. You can do this in SFDC or use the Change Owner flow step.

It seems the change owner will synch with SFDC and create a lead, regardless of the lead score. How can I just update the owner in Marketo and not create new leads in SFDC?
