Mass Unsubscribes without several steps in Marketo

I was asking myself if there is an easier way then creating a .csv file, then creating a list, then changing the data value of the unsubscribe field to true.

Ideally I would like to just upload an Excel file and stating in the upload process that they should be unsubscribed.

Upload a sheet with just two fields on it: Email Address and Unsubscribed (if you're using the system unsubscribe column, otherwise use your custom unsub column).
Set the whole unsubscribed column = 1.
That should do it with just a single upload step.
