Mass unpublishing MSI emails or archiving

Hi,

I just started with this new company and they have hundreds of 2013 emails published to Sales Insight. These need to be "unpublished" and also archived. I know I can view them all in design studio and sort. But is there a quick way to go about this or will I need to edit each one?

You'll need to edit each one, sadly. Also, there is no way to globally set that new emails shouldn't be published to Sales Insight. These should both be ideas in the Idea Exchange if it isn't already.

Make sure that your team knows to turn this off. I bet some of the problem is they clone previously MSI emails and didn't turn off the setting.

There is also a multi edit Idea somewhere, so vote it up. It might be this year too.
