Marketo Using SalesForce logo for "favorite" icons

This is not a marketo support question, but I have just noticed that Marketo Community favicon is the same as SalesForce's logo and their favicon (the little cloud icon next to the URL, comes up in the favourites when you bookmark it).

My questions is, is there a connection or reason why this is the same? or is it even legal/ethical from a copyrights point of view to use SalesForce's Logo for Marketo's website icon?

Has anyone noticed?

If i'm the first to point this out I deserve a prize!

I think I noticed this before, shame on me for not letting our community team know (I will now).

What's the connection?
I don't think I'd be giving away any dark secret by saying that the community is hosted on a salesforce.com platform (view the source of a community page and you'll see references of salesforce and visualforce.)

That makes sense now that it is hosted on SFDC.
But I like the fact that it is a different icon from Marketo's main tool. So if you decide to replace it with another icon please keep them different from each other. Like a white Marketo Logo on a purple background.

It keeps all the open tabs clear and distinguishable from each other.

So do i get "one hundred billion dollars"?
