Anyone has answer as to how many hour period does marketo tries to send an email out ?
Is it within 24 hours or 48 hours ?

Here is  scenario A requesting information - If I have 2 emails to be launched that day and my communicaiton limit set is 1 per day, does marketo tries to send the 2nd email next day if there is nothing lined up ?

Scenario B- If I have 2 emails everyday to be launched and my limit is 1 email per day. What is the priority of sending the 2nd email on the next day and when will the other scheduled emails be launched ?

Any answers - please advice.

I believe there is no automatic retry mechanism if an email is not sent due to communication limit reached.
Also there is no mechanism to set up priority due to that.

You might want to,
a> Increase your daily communication limit if this is frequent issue.
b> For select 'high priority' / 'urgent' email programs, modify 'program settings' to ignore communication limits for non-operational emails.

Couple of helpful urls
https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LAoDCAW
Which explains that the daily limit is reseted at midnight at the timezone in which the Marketo instance is located.

Hope this helps
