Marketo > Tableau Integration - Extract Refresh Error

Hey, I’m posting this on behalf of our data analyst; has anyone run into this issue?

I have several dashboards in Tableau that connect to Marketo via the API. I use the same API credentials to connect to Marketo for all dashboards, and have been receiving Extract Refresh Failure notifications in Tableau. Does anyone know if this is due to using the same credentials for each dashboard, or is there something else that could be causing it?

Also, the Tableau server is running on version 10.5, if that matters.
