Marketo SOAP API deprecation moved to March 31st?

I’m aware that the Marketo SOAP API is due to be deprecated on January 31st, but I’ve noticed in this release notes article that it says March 31st. That date hasn’t been updated anywhere else (as it was when the date changed from October to January) so does anyone know if that’s a mistake in the release notes or whether the date has actually changed?
