Marketo Slowdown?

Is anyone else noticing a real slow down in their Marketo instance?

For me even the smallest list takes some time to run (I'm currently on minute 10 of trying to run a list that may have about 2000 names tops), and loading program information takes several minutes, if it ever loads at all. These same actions used to take seconds to run.

I thought it may be my computer, but saw the same thing happen to my colleagues.

Curious if it's a system-wide issue or just my instance? This has happened in the past but never for so long a period of time.

I have been running into a similar issue lately too. Would love to hear from Marketo about this.

I ran into the same issue a few months back and was told I just had too many leads in my database and basically there was nothing they could do to help. So I'm curious to see if they have since come up with a better response!

I've logged a case but at this point it has been more than 2 hours and one of my programs is still "qualifying leads," so no email has been sent.

I would think it is a database size but our database isn't that big and this has been an issue again just recently.

I'll keep you posted...glad I am not the only one!

Today it was absolutely slow for what I needed to do.

I had the same issue and escalated last week.  I was told to check out this post: https://community.marketo.com/apex/Marketo_News_Detail?id=a5P50000000CauiEAC.  However, if you are still experiencing issues today, the maintenance did not help your instance.
