Marketo - SFDC field synchronistion

There has been a new field created in SFDC which is visible in Marketo but unfortunately this filed does not show right values (there should be a list of items to be chosen instead of numbers).  Any idea what me be the possible problem?  Please help to resolve the issue.

Just to add - the field in Marketo is wishes_to_list. 

CRM Field Map: wishes_to_list__c (SFDC Account)

What kind of SFDC field is this? Is this a text picklist? Is it a formula field?
