Marketo / SFDC field mapping updates not syncing

Hi Community,

We have updated a SFDC picklist field for Industry however it is not updating in Marketo.

I read the forums and found the following https://nation.marketo.com/message/111422#comment-111422  but are now wondering if the Industry field only being connected to the lead and accounts view will prevent this from updating/syncing.

I would appreciate any feedback on how I can resolve this.

This should work.  Are the values for Lead/Account objects for the Industry field in SFDC identical?
