Marketo SFDC - Duplicate Issue
Hi,
We have observed an issue and this is mainly focused on the data sync between Marketo and SFDC. T
To share the insights - "if a lead exists in Marketo and syncs over to SFDC, and then SFDC converts the lead to a Contact.
Currently, there is a duplicate record gets created in Marketo with the same email address from the SFDC end."
1. Lead A gets created in Marketo
2. Lead A syncs over to SFDC
3. SFDC -> Lead gets converted to a Contact
4. Lead B gets created in Marketo with same email address of Lead A
Can someone help me to understand the working of this or how we can resolve this issue?
