I need to provide training to team on how to create, inbound, outbound campaigns, triggers, Smartlist, subscription management

Any other training documents would be really helpful.

Marketo University has a lot of documentation - from step-by-step articles to video tutorials. I'd suggest going through there and selecting the topics you need to cover, as to not reinvent the wheel. The Basic Tutorials might be a great place to start.
