Marketo Service Error : 611 - Unable to create new snippet

I am trying to clone a snippet form REST API. It throws 611- System error. The same error I get for creating a snippet from API.
Earlier create/ clone worked fine. I am passing the name and folder parameters. What am I missing here?

Hi Neeraj,

Please open a Support ticket with the full bodies of your calls and responses that generated 611 errors.  They require diagnosis as to why they are not returning more specific errors.
