Marketo + Sendgrid Reporting Dilemma

Hi everyone,

We currently send most our emails out using Marketo and will be migrating our operational emails over to SendGrid with a pre-exisiting Tableau integration as well. I currently use the Marketo activity logs to keep an eye on email sendouts and troubleshooting issues for a record in Marketo but was wondering what dashboard/logs other companies are using that need just one place to view a lead's email history?

For instance, Is there a way to populate the email sendout activity from SendGrid into Marketo or is it best to use Tableau to view all chronological email data for a given record?

No, you can't surface send activities from other MAPs in Marketo.

If you've decided to implement a distributed system like this, you need to use a central marketing data warehouse to do your reporting.
