Marketo send out confirmation without go to meeting member webinar URL populated

is that a minimum time for "Wait" in the flow action. We experienced a webinar confirmation email being sent out without the webinar URL being populated. Any idea now to solve this- to ensure Marketo send out confirmation email after receiving the webinar URL (unique URL from gotomeeting).

Make sure the change status is the FIRST flow step.

I have been putting in a 1 min wait step just to make sure GTW gets the lead, but in the past this wasn't necessary.

Thanks Josh! Yes I put status change as the #1 step and send email as the #4 step. In between there are #2 add to a list and #3 wait 1 minute.
