Marketo Sandbox: Publish to Facebook Error

In the sandbox environment, we are exploring the feature to 'Publish a landing page to a Facebook Page'.
But after authenticating and clicking the Publish button we are constantly hitting an error: "Error while calling the Social Campaign API. Warnings: Error while creating facebook tab"
Is anyone facing a similar issue? Looking for help to get this resolved.
