Marketo Sales Insight Question & Lead Feed Questions
Hello,
1) I understand the difference between My Best Bets & My Watch List tabs within the Marketo Sales Insight plugin, but is there anyway to eliminate leads who do not have last interesting moment activity on 'My Best Bets' tab?
Some of my sales reps do not have time to go after all of their hot leads, to add to their watch list.
2) On the Lead Feed for SFDC, does this feed only read current lead activity? If not, how far can we set this back to in terms of time?
3) A Sales Rep told me he entered leads into SFDC, that did not have any lead scores or priority set to them, but they are showing up in his 'Best Bets' tab that have a priority set value. How is this possible? Finally, what is 'Status' & Priority' truly measured on?
