Marketo Sales Insight not working

Hi community,

The Visualforce page Marketo Sales Insight is not showing up on any of our records in Salesforce.

Was there an update/release or something else that caused this? It was working fine just a few days ago.

I would check with your SFDC admin to see if any changes were made to the layout, etc. if you haven't done so already.

Is it not showing up at all or is the container there, but you're receiving an error message?

Hi Charlie,

I'm the Salesforce admin and the Marketo Sales Insight Visualforce page is still on the layout but nothing is showing.

Nothing has changed on the Salesforce side, at least to my knowledge. See attached screenshot.

Any ideas?

Hmm, that is odd. Haven't seen it blank out before - you may need to contact support.

You also can try reinstalling it to see if that does the trick.

I had this happen to me awhile back and the issue was we exceeded our API quota.  I suggest checking your using up your API calls and submit a ticket.
