Marketo Sales Insight not updated

Does anyone know why the Marketo Sales Insight might not be updated.  I can see leads that got hot and just got update (score went up) but under last interesting moment it is showing me something from 10 months ago.  However, when I go into Marketo, I can see exactly what the customer is doing.


The strange thing is that one of the leads shows activity from 2 days ago.

I am confused by the inconsistency in the lead activity.

Hey Heather,

Did you set up a smart campaign with activity triggers and "Interesting Moment" flow actions for each activity that should be showing up in your CRM. If so, what is showing up in the results tab of the smart campaigns for these activities?

Hey Heather,

It seems like proper sync is not taking place between Marketo and Salesforce. You can  try setting up MSI once again or update MSI package to the latest version.
