Marketo Sales Insight - Is it possible to unsubscribe to Email alerts?

Hi,
 
In "Marketo Sales Insight" view on my Lead detail page(attached screen shot for reference), I want to know if there is an option for "Unsubscribe" just as we have "Subscribe" Option. Kindly help since I need this done today.

Hi Marketo,

Is this possible at all? I see many issues with Subscribe options. It does not show me what I have subscribed to. And I have not been able to find a way to unsubscribe after a lot of search. Is it a known issue? Kindly help me with a response

The unsubscribe option is at the bottom of the email alert that is received by the subscriber
