Marketo Sales Insight is down?

This morning I was notfied by our respective international teams that Marketo Sales Insight (Connector with Gmail) is not displaying the Send with Marketo button. We are some what confused as there have been no upgrades or changes to our environment. 

Please let us know whether aqnyone is experiencing similar problems.
