Marketo Sales Insight emails don't count towards Communication Limits

We want to enable Marketo Sales Insight (MSI) emailing capability for our sales team so they can batch trigger marketing approved emails. We haven't been able to do this because it counts towards our communication limits and gets in the way of scheduled marketing sends getting to leads. It would be great if we could decide whether MSI emails count towards the communication limits.

    I didn't know sales insight emails also counted towards communication limits!

    According to this document, MSI Emails do NOT count towards communication limits sent from MSI or the Outlook/Gmail plugin: How Does Marketo Decide Whether a Person Receives Email or Not?

    Note: Communication Limits do not ever apply to emails sent from MSI or from the Outlook/Gmail plugin.

    There seem to be conflicting information about it. Do communication limits apply to MSI emails sent via SFDC for example?

    Axel - If you look at the article I referenced above, communication limits are ignored for MSI emails sent from SFDC as well.
