Marketo Sales Insight Duplicates

Hi there! 

I've noticed in Salesforce, under Marketo Sales Insights, some contacts & leads show duplicate Marketo activity. This is causing an issue because it is causing inaccurate scoring and reporting. I've attached a screen shot of the duplicate activity that I am referring to (see the yellow brackets). Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
