Question for Marketo employees - what provider/software/technology are you using to power your live chat? It's something we are looking to introduce and would love to hear how you built it.

There are number of live chat providers and a few on launchpoint.

I would recommend using LiveEngage, which is also listed on the MKTO Launchpoint. We have implemented this for some of our customers. As an alternate, you can try using some free/cheaper widget, and then integrate that with MKTO.
