Marketo rearranging my html btwn template and email

Hi folks!

I use Litmus to build and test my email templates. Today I created a new template as usual, saved it in Design Studio, and used that template to create an email.

In the template, it looks as it should.

In the email I created using that template, Marketo rearranged my email structure. What's happening?
