Marketo Programs Showing up in SF as templates

In the Salesforce Marketo Plug in - in the upper right hand corner there's an option to "send marketo email" where you'd then have an option to select a marketo template- how do you control what is being viewed here, i have some folders in here (like Learning) is this a setting issue?
