Marketo program / SFDC campaign not fully synched?

Has anyone noticed that there are a lot of things that aren't synched between Marketo programs and SFDC campaigns?
  • When you uncheck Success on one of a Marketo channel's progression statuses, the corresponding campaign member status in the SFDC campaign does not have it's Response checkbox unchecked.
  • When you use the Change Program Data flow action to change whether a progression status was a Success or not, the change is not reflected in the SFDC campaign member response.
  • When you change the name of the campaign or program, the change is not reflected in the other system.
Am I doing something wrong or should I submit an Idea for this?

The behavior you see is how I would expect it to behave, so I think creating an idea would be best
