marketo on salesforce.com app exchange - can't see it

Hi,
I'm a new system admin user of a salesforce.com organization.  I'm trying to install marketo in my salesforce org and I don't see it in the salesforce.com appexchange.

The slide from the installation guide indicates it is private - so how do I get it if it's private?
