Question

Hi everyone, I have about 50K + contacts that were added to our database as part of our Holiday ecard campaign last year. when they were loaded, they were not attributed to the specific campaign. They are not sitting there and taking up space. Is there a way to create a smartlist or report that will filter the contacts that were part of the program or smart campaigns that were only sent that specific email? ie, they were not sent any other emails, other than our holiday ecard?

So, there might be an easier way to do this, but I was able to get at it through a reverse process.

First, create a list of everyone who was sent your holiday email AND has been sent at least two emails.

Export this list of individuals or add them to a static list.

Then, create a list of everyone who was sent your holiday email and is NOT in your exported/static list. This will now be your list of individuals whose only email from you was the holiday email.
