Marketo link description on browser tab

Is there any way to feature a description on the tab of a Marketo link? In the screenshot below it shows how our links display as "Untitled." I imagine there is metadata somewhere that can alter that, maybe in Marketo or maybe in the file. Any insights would be great. Thanks!

The issue here is not with Marketo but the Meta Title of the PDF itself:

Edit your Landing page and then hit "Landing page actions" -> edit page meta-tag.
