Marketo: Limiting the amount of contacts in an email program

Hey Everyone!

I'm sending a survey to a segment of our customer base. I don't want to contact them in a single email since we don't know what the response rate will be. I would like to split it into two email blasts. I'm having a hard time finding an efficient way to split the list as I don't seem to have any filters that help me do a good split.

Is there a way for me to limit the number of emails sent so I can do my second email blast later to contact the other half?

Thanks in advance 🙂

If you want to randomly distribute leads from the smart list into static lists for sending the email then you can use a smart campaign with the flow step below to split the list in 2
