Marketo leads not syncing with Salesforce

Hello,

I have a program in Marketo that says it is synced to a Saleforce campaign. However, the amount of leads that Marketo lists is not showing in Saleforce, so the actual sync does not seem to be happening.

Can someone help?

How big is the difference? It could be that Marketo hasn't synced everyone yet.

Are there any Notification errors?

Hi there!


I believe that Salesforce requires that the lead has Company and Last Name fields filled out.  Otherwise it will reject the lead record.  Can you look at the list and confirm that all the records have both of these fields?

I had the same issue when a lead didn't provide the "Company". Marketo was unable to synch the lead to SFDC.
