Marketo - Lead Scoring Question (Fin-tech)
I'm looking into getting a more specific decision criteria for my lead scoring model. Currently, we have our Behavioral scoring for opening an email at 20 points and clicking a link at 15 point. This is generating a lot of Demographic leads through our system that don't have much Behavioral activity besides opening an email. We are in the Fintech sector and are looking for any other best practices or examples that any one can offer in a similar industry.
