Marketo Integration with SSO enabled WebEx platform

Having problems getting my Marketo portal to register with my companies WebEx portal.  My previous company used WebEx but did not use Single Sign On (SSO) authentication.  I had no issue with that configuration.  Is there something different with SSO and WebEx that makes this a change.

Are you saying that your Webex uses your company's SSO and you don't have a separate pw to login from Marketo? I believe there is a separate authentication with some other codes that your webex admin can assist with.

Did you find a resolution to this? We are moving to WebEx and our IT team has all logins controlled through Okta, our SSO service. IT tells me that there is no direct password that I can us to login to WebEx.

I've seen other comments in the Marketo Community that suggest IT give each WebEx Event Center manager a non-SSO admin login for WebEx, but our IT team isn't very excited about that.

Anything you found could be helpful.

No solution yet, it does not work with SSO. From what I am being told by WebEx there is no way to create a non-SSO ID if your platform is SSO enabled. My only option is to create a new non-SSO partition with my WebEx supplier and assign users via that platform, not a good option.

Thanks, DJ. The Cisco people tell us the Marketo integration needs to use Cisco's Common Identity platform to authenticate. I've filed a support case with Marketo asking if they do that. I expect their answer will be that it is not currently supported. If so, I'll propose it as a product need and update you here so you can chime in.
