Marketo integration with Adwords to tell Adwords which users filled out a Marketo form?

We're setting up remarketing in Adwords, and I'd like to build a list for users who accessed any page on our site but have also filled out our demo signup form. Is it possible with Marketo SPARQ to feed form submission data from Marketo to Adwords for remarketing lists?

You could build a smart list that meets this criteria (access a page on your site and filled out a form), manually export this list, and then upload to Adwords.
