Marketo - GTW follow-up emails

Hi there,

When we use the Marketo-GTW adapter for our webinars, after the event is over we send thank you/sorry we missed you emails through Marketo. However, I know that when we solely use GTW for webinars, GTW sends these emails out automatically.

My question is, when using the Marketo-GTW adapter, does GTW still send out the follow-up emails automatically? Or does it recognize that it's synched to Marketo and stop from automatically pushing those out?

You need to turn this feature OFF in GTW otherwise GTW will continue to send emails.
