Marketo Google AdWords Tracking

Hello, I would like to know if its possible to track a facebook activity, for example, using marketo.

What are the procedures? Can I link it to google Adwords? The purpose it not to know the activity numbers, but who were the people who clicked, opened etc (based on the leads I have in Marketo).
