Marketo Forms / Triggers

Hi All,

Is there anyway of having a single form (embedded in your website) within a single program  to distribute different content when someone fills it in based on certain criteria or trigger.

The form will not be hosted on a Marketo landing page so the std. "fills out form" criteria would not work since constraints such as web page would not allow external URL's.

Thanks in Advance

Chris

Hello Chris,

One possibility would be to use URL parameters in order to capture where the lead is on your website when they fill out your form.  You may need to work with your web team to create these parameters on your external website so that you can capture this data and filter on these within your program.  You can find more information about URL parameters here.

Hope this helps!

Chris,

In the Form Settings under Thank You Page you can send form "filler outers" to a specific page based on certain information that they entered into the form, such as State or Country. Just click on Add Choice under Thank You Page to go to the Advanced Thank You Page dialog box. There you can enter your spcific criteria. Hope this helps and answers your question.

Hi Val...

Could we have several URL parameters in a single form?

Thanks

Hi Chris, you should be able to if you use multiple hidden fields in the form, and have them populated by the URL parameters.
