Marketo Forms on Non-Marketo Pages help page is missing?

Hello. In this article: Server-side Form Post, the first list item says:
Change the form to post into Marketo directly; you need to make sure the field names exactly match the Marketo specs (see “Marketo Forms on Non-Marketo Pages”)
 
However that link is broken. Does this page exist elsewhere?

If you find that a link has expired it's generally because the article has been moved to a different area of  the community (Help -> Resource). Normally the title will have the same key words so a search should still find it.

Thanks, Cathal! I guess it was the "Forms 1.0" that threw me. Makes it sound like an obsolete solution.

In any event, shouldn't the article with the broken link be updated? I was initially looking for a way to report that, but it doesn't appear to be an option in submitting a support ticket; and there is no way to comment on that particular article:
