Marketo forms being blocked when embeded on non marketo landing page

Hello, here is an example: https://hawkridgesys.com/3d-printing-pricing

 

More and more people are saying they cannot see our forms and simple things like incognito in firefox or tools like ghostery are blocking our forms. Is there something we need to change with how we have our forms embedded on a non marketo landing page?

As noted in many other threads, you must use your primary LP domain, or a domain alias, in the embed code.

 

You cannot use a *.marketo.com domain (app-ab02.marketo.com in your case) in the embed code.

    Is there a sample of what the code should look like somewhere? or how to do this properly?

     

    I just swapped out the app-ab02.marketo.com with our marketo domain pages.hawkridgesys.com in the embed code and it seems to be working..? https://hawkridgesys.com/3d-printing-pricing
