Marketo forms

Hello folks,

Quick question on Marketo forms:

Couple of forms that have been created under design studio needs to be tested by creating a dummy landing page and adding this form into the landing page to see if leads are getting captured. I specifically need to check if leads are capturing time stamp info.

How do I go about this? Since the forms reside under Design studio. Do I have to clone these into "marketing Activities" in order for me to test them?
