Marketo emails land in Gmail spam folder

Marketo emails land in Gmail's spam but delivered to other email providers properly.

1. our SPF and DKIM are set up properly.

2. a Litmus test confirmed that Gmail/Postini mark the email as spam

3. sent the same template to my 2 private Gmail accounts using mailchimp and they were delivered to the inbox.

Marketo support is still working on it.

Has anyone encountered the same issue?

You may have been blacklisted on the IP or your domain. Marketo Support can help.

When you sent the template test, you did this from Marketo?

Try testing a real email to those boxes. You might have whitelisted your domain already for just YOUR account.
